On the 10th January 2011 an historic agreement was signed to will bring two Giant Pandas to Edinburgh Zoo - the first in the UK for 17 years.
I was commissioned by global PR company Weber Shandwick on behalf of Edinburgh Zoo to document the arrival of the pandas and to provide images which could be wired out to the press.
When the pandas arrived in Scotland on the 4th December 2011, I was the only photographer to photograph the animals in their new enclosure.
Press coverage included 8 UK front pages, front pages in India, China, Australia and the USA and over 500 press cuts in the first few hours of release.
The images also appeared on the BBC, SKY News, STV, Good Morning America and ABC News.
