Bowled Over: William Wallace loses the head at Edinburgh Dungeons |
![]() |
Edinburgh Dungeons sent William Wallace back to the site of Lanark Castle, where he killed the English sheriff in May 1297. There have been a few changes and the castle where his first act of rebellion took place is now a bowling green, luckily he still has the sheriff's head so can join locals for a game. |
