Forth Awards

One of the highlights of year is the annual Forth Awards which I have been shooting for over 10 years. This involves me working closely with the team at Forth One and external PR companies in the planning stage to ensure that we capture the images they are looking for to provide content for web and social media use and also to produce a set of press image to wire out to national and regional media outlets.

The event calls for a second photographer which I provide to cover the winner shots on front of the board while I concentrate on all the action on stage.

Over the years I have watched the awards grow into a world class event, initially beginning at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh before outgrowing this venue and moving to the magnificent Usher Hall.

Past acts have included Simple Minds, Paolo Nutini, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Lewis Capaldi.
